Before you worry, check the calendar maths — most “late” payments are right on schedule.
Check the calendar maths first
The first transfer goes out within 48 hours of move-in (next business day if move-in falls on a weekend or holiday), and the monthly transfer lands on the 5th business day of the month — not the 5th calendar day.
Also remember the first transfer is rent minus the success fee, so it’s smaller than the monthly amount.
If something is genuinely overdue, contact landlord support from your panel with the booking reference — they can trace any transfer.
